Claudia Cismaru
I joined Noark Electric in 2011 as Back Office Manager, helping to establish the office in Romania and implement EU headquarters' rules. This role allowed me to contribute to building the brand in a new market and learn about the electrical industry. In 2019, I was promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing multiple departments and staff. My growth within the company was supported by the training and experience shared with colleagues. In 2023, I became Finance & HR Manager, focusing on team development and achieving business goals. I am grateful for the opportunities Noark has provided and look forward to our continued success.
David Koník
I joined NOARK Electric in January 2023 as the Coordinator of the Product Management Department, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion. This role leveraged my communication and project management skills. After a year, I was promoted to Procurement Specialist due to my procurement and supplier management experience. Now, I set up and refine efficient, sustainable, and scalable procurement processes. I lead supplier negotiations to optimize partnerships and strategies. My goal is to build an innovative Procurement Department that sets industry standards, supported by passionate employees committed to growth.
Carlos González
I started at Noark Electric as an intern, initially overwhelmed due to my limited technical and electronic skills. Expecting a factory role, I was shocked to be in an office setting, unfamiliar with tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Now, I am responsible for technical issues, designs, and our technical workshop, handling demanding products like MCCBs and ACBs. I’ve appreciated discovering new fields, traveling across Europe, and learning from other professionals. My biggest success was solving complex technical issues for a customer in the Netherlands early in my tenure. I thank Noark for the opportunity to learn, complete my studies, and continue as a full-time employee.
